DESCRIPTION OF MOBILE SERVICE
GOLF INFO NETWORK offers the user with a Golfing Guide mobile application that provides golf course tracking and analysis services. Golfing Guide application can be downloaded to any compatible smart phone to track golf course statistics, aerial views and other features related to playing golf.
To make use of our services the user has to register and download the Golfing Guide smart phone application. Once downloaded, the user can access the various golf courses offline also. However, the user needs connect to our server for continuous updates.

Paid Version:
Unlock with US$19.99/year to UNLIMITED downloadable courses at UNLIMITED times.The Annual subscription is AUTO RENEWAL
FEES AND PAYMENTS
We accept payments though Apple In-App Purchase. The Fee and Length of subscription is US$19.99 per year .Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
GOLF INFO NETWORK reserves the right to modify our prices at any time. Products will be charged on the basis of current price list. Once an order has been placed, there will be no further cancellations or return of payment.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
GOLF INFO NETWORK, reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part thereof and refuse any and all current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account or use of the Service for any reason, if we believes that you have violated this Agreement. Under no circumstances shall GOLF INFO NETWORK be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

We shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of the Product or Service. GOLF INFO NETWORK disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided.
GOLF INFO NETWORK does not warrant that its Product or Service will operate error-free or that its application, website and server are free of computer viruses and other harmful goods. We are not responsible, if the User’s use of our Product or Service results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data.

Our electronically or otherwise properly stored copy of this Agreement shall be deemed to be the true, complete, valid, authentic and enforceable copy of this Agreement and you agree that you shall not contest the admissibility or enforceability of GOLF INFO NETWORK copy of this Agreement in a court in connection with any proceeding arising out of this Agreement. This Agreement does not confer any rights, remedies or benefits upon any person other than you and GOLF INFO NETWORK. We may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement at any time to any party without notice. Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a proper legal authority, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected. No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach of the same or any other provision of this Agreement and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party. This Agreement shall not be construed to make you and GOLF INFO NETWORK a partner, agent or joint venture of each other.
APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
GOLF INDIA NETWORK is operating from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. All the disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use Agreement and/or Your relationship with this our products and services and/or your use our services shall be subject to the Indian Laws. All the disputes are subject to Vijayawada jurisdiction only.
